Founded in 2012 in Kunshan, Jiangsu, we supply copper alloy, stainless steel, nickel, aluminium and titanium strip for connectors, EMI shielding cans, metal domes and battery tabs. Slitting, electroplating and stock sit in one supply chain, so width tolerance and plating position are aligned on the same line.
Each line has its own alloy library, thickness range and plating combination. If you are unsure which applies, the technical FAQ gives selection rules with concrete figures.
Copper alloy and stainless strip for connector terminals, contacts and springs — phosphor bronze, nickel silver, brass, beryllium copper, titanium copper and SUS301/304.
View alloys and selection rules →Nickel silver strip for shielding cans, zinc-tin-nickel alloy as a cost-down substitute, plus conductive cloth, conductive tape and adhesive copper/aluminium foil.
View shielding options →Pure nickel strip, nickel-plated steel strip, and copper/aluminium foil for tabs, connectors and current collectors. Slit to your winding width.
View battery materials →Two problems recur at stamping plants: incoming strip outside width tolerance jams the tool, and plating that drifts off the contact area causes field failures. Both originate upstream — in slitting tension control and plating mask alignment. Running both in-house means the two are aligned on the same line, and only one party is accountable.
| Plating | Typical range | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Gold | 0.05–0.3 μm (0.5 μm+ on wear zones) | Contact resistance, wear life; nickel underplate for diffusion barrier |
| Silver | 1–5 μm | Conductivity and solderability; watch sulphide tarnishing |
| Nickel | 1–3 μm | Underplate, blocks copper diffusion |
| Tin | 3–10 μm | Solderability; too thin oxidises, too thick risks whiskers |
Tolerance bands matter more than nominal values for cost. Agree the band before quoting.
Alloy is only half the specification — temper changes tensile strength by more than 2×. Always specify both.
| Application | Alloy | Thickness | Key property |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power terminals | C194 / KFC | 0.1–0.8mm | ~60% IACS, low cost |
| High-cycle signal terminals | C7025 | 0.08–0.5mm | 600–800 MPa, stress relaxation resistant |
| Spring contacts | C5210 / C5191 | 0.03–0.8mm | Good elasticity, cost effective |
| Thin high-force springs | C17200 | 0.05–0.8mm | 1000–1400 MPa |
| EMI shielding cans | C7521 / C7701 | 0.03–0.8mm | Solderable, corrosion resistant |
| Shielding (cost-down) | ZSNH / KU400 | 0.05–0.8mm | 20–30% cheaper than nickel silver |
| Metal domes | SUS301 | from 0.005mm | 1800 MPa+ at full hard |
| Battery tabs | Ni200 / plated steel | per drawing | Pure nickel low resistance |
Mechanical and electrical values are industry-typical; per-batch values are confirmed on the Mill Test Certificate.
| Concern | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Material origin | Imported (Japan, Germany, US) and major Chinese mill material, both available. Mill can be specified on the PO and is stated on the quotation. |
| Documents | Mill Test Certificate (chemistry and mechanicals), plating thickness report, batch traceability by heat and coil number with every shipment. |
| Compliance | RoHS declaration and REACH SVHC statement issued per actual alloy — not a generic template. Beryllium copper and leaded brass are called out explicitly. |
| Sampling | Drawing-based, sample-based and toll processing accepted. For a first order we recommend sampling two or three tempers and confirming by springback after tryout. |
Four items make a quotation meaningful: alloy and temper, thickness, width with tolerance, and coil weight.
