We quote FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo as standard; CIF and DAP are available on request. Kunshan is about one hour from Shanghai port, so FOB Shanghai is usually the fastest loading option.

Do you have ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certification?

No. We do not hold ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certification. Instead every shipment is accompanied by a mill test certificate with heat number and coil number traceability, plus plating thickness measurement records. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.

How is the strip packed for sea freight?

Coils are wound on cores, interleaved with neutral or VCI paper, wrapped in a moisture barrier, and packed in plywood cases or on fumigation-free pallets with steel strapping. Eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall orientation is specified on the packing list.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T is standard: a deposit with the order and the balance against the copy of the bill of lading. Exact terms are stated on the proforma invoice for each order.

Honest noteAbout certification

We do not hold ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. Buyers who need a certified quality system should know this before the first audit, not after. What we do provide is lot-level evidence: mill test certificate with heat number, coil number traceability through slitting and plating, plating thickness measurement records, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV) arranged at the buyer's request. For many connector, shielding and battery-tab applications that is sufficient; where a certified system is a hard requirement, we would rather say so up front.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on grade and slit width, because narrow slitting and plating are set up per coil. Stock grades can start from a single coil, and trial quantities for qualification are accepted.

Send your specification and we confirm the MOQ in writing with the quotation — we do not publish a single blanket figure because a 25 mm slit width and a 300 mm width have different set-up costs.

What is the lead time?

Stock sizes are typically ready in 3–5 working days. Slitting to width plus continuous plating normally takes 7–10 working days from confirmation, depending on width tolerance, plating specification and quantity.

Can you ship small trial quantities for qualification?

Yes. Most new projects start with one or two coils for stamping trials and plating verification. Trial coils are quoted separately and the price per kilogram is higher than production quantities — that is normal for a set-up run.

Do you supply material certificates with each lot?

Yes. Every shipment includes a mill test certificate stating chemical composition and mechanical properties, plus plating thickness records where plating is applied. RoHS and REACH SVHC declarations are issued on request.

Which markets do you ship to?

Mainly Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia), India, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Shipments leave from Shanghai or Ningbo; air freight is possible for trial coils.
